Shipping policy

We ship Eyoria products to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom. Below is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories)
- United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
We do not ship outside these countries at this time.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:
- United States: 10 to 15 business days
- United Kingdom: 10 to 15 business days
Total time from order placement to delivery is typically 11 to 18 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, Black Friday), due to customs delays, or due to carrier disruptions beyond our control.
Why our delivery times are longer than some major retailers
We ship directly from our supplier to keep our products affordable and avoid warehousing costs that would raise the price. This means longer transit times than Amazon Prime or similar services. In exchange, you get a premium product at a fair price, and we stand behind every order with our 30-day return policy.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders to the United States and the United Kingdom.
Customs, duties, and taxes
United States: Orders under $800 typically enter the US duty-free. Any duties or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
United Kingdom: VAT and import duties may apply for orders above £135. Any duties or taxes required by UK customs are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot predict or control customs fees. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package on the carrier's website using this number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us at contact@eyoria.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Eyoria is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received the package:
1. Check with neighbors and your building's reception
2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
3. Wait 48 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely
4. If the package still doesn't appear, contact us at contact@eyoria.com and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier
For packages that are significantly delayed (more than 25 business days from order date), we will issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice.
Incorrect shipping address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships. Once shipped, we cannot change the address and are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
Changes and cancellations
You may request a change or cancellation of your order within 12 hours of placing it. Email us as soon as possible at contact@eyoria.com with your order number. After 12 hours, your order may have already entered processing and we may not be able to stop it.
